Returns & Guarantee Policy

We believe that our product can be used on most vessels. However, we promise you a full refund if you believe our product will not work for you, on your boat. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return all items in the packaging provided within 30 days of receipt and we’ll give you a refund of your purchase price.

You can return your products via post. Please call on 0402 444 642. For research purposes, please include a note stating the reason you require a refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll then process your refund which may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to transfer the funds back to you. Please make sure you include your details so we can get your refund to you.

We’ll refund the card originally used to place and pay for the order.
